[NZLUG] Converting UTF-8 files to PDF

I know, top posting, *and* answering my own posts. Sorry (:

Apparently enscript doesn't handle UTF - their site has dire warnings,
and points you towards paps instead.

So, 

paps | ps2pdf 

as solution?
